- What counts as an "automation"?
- An automation is a sequence of messages that sends automatically on a schedule you set — a welcome series for a new employee, an orientation path for a new member, a short email course. Free includes one active automation with up to 3 steps. Pro and Team remove that limit entirely.
- What happens if I go over my contact or send limit?
- We'll let you know before you hit the ceiling. You can add more contacts or sending volume as a predictable add-on without changing plans, or upgrade to the next plan when it makes sense for you.
- What is the difference between Pro and Team?
- Pro is built for one person leading communication on their own — unlimited automations, the full template library, and your own branding. Team adds what a leadership group needs to work together: multiple users, an approval step before anything sends, roles and permissions, and a shared template library everyone can pull from.
- Can I switch plans at any time?

- What happens to my contacts if I downgrade?
- Your contacts are always yours. If you downgrade to Free, contacts above 500 are paused — not deleted. Upgrade again and they are immediately active. You never lose data.
